Think you could run a company better than your friends?
Prove it.
🚧 Early Access Alpha — free to play.
BizSim is in active development, and early players shape what it becomes. Found a bug? Have an idea? We actually want to hear it. Play free during the alpha at the link below.
BizSim is a competitive multiplayer business simulation. Design products, set prices, launch ad campaigns, and manage your money — then watch the market decide who wins. Play in your browser on any device or the iPad or Mac apps coming soon.
What is it?A living market. Real competition. No dice rolls.
In BizSim, you and your rivals each run a company competing for the same customers. Every round, you make the calls a real executive makes: what to build, how much to produce, what to charge, where to advertise, and how to spend your research budget. Then the market simulates every buyer's choice — and delivers your results in cold, hard numbers.
There's no luck to blame. If your stock price is climbing, it's because you read the market better than the other teams. If it's falling… well, your competitors will be happy to explain what you did wrong, but probably not.
Features
Design & launch products — engineer product blueprints attribute by attribute, and match them to the customers who actually want them
Fight for every segment — five distinct market segments with evolving tastes; today's winning product is next year's bargain-bin filler
Market intelligence, if you'll pay for it — buy research reports to spy on competitors, survey consumers, and forecast where the market is heading
Full financial picture — income statements, balance sheets, stock price, credit ratings, and loans when times get desperate
Deal-making & rivalry — negotiate trades, form agreements, bid in auctions when a rival goes bankrupt
Play anywhere — browser, iPad, and Mac apps, all sharing the same account and the same live game
How it works
1. Create a game, invite your friends or rivals. Share one invite code. Everyone joins from a browser or the app — 2 to 10 companies per market.
2. Make your decisions each round. Production, pricing, advertising, R&D, hiring, borrowing. Every choice is a trade-off; your budget won't cover everything.
3. The market decides. The simulation plays out every customer's purchase across every segment and channel — no randomness, just cause and effect.
4. Read the results. Adapt. Repeat. Ten-plus rounds of climbing (or cratering) stock prices until one company stands on top.
Who is BizSim for?
For strategy gamers:
If you love the spreadsheet side of strategy games — the part where you out-plan people, not out-click them — this is that, distilled. One round takes minutes to play and days to stop thinking about.
For educators & trainers:
BizSim turns marketing strategy, finance, and competitive analysis into something students feel. Run a full competitive market for your class, control the pace round by round, and review every team's decisions from the instructor dashboard.
For teams & workplaces:
Better than trust falls. Split your team into rival companies and find out who your real CFOs, marketers, and risk-takers are — one deadline-driven round at a time.
FAQ

No — it runs in any modern browser. Optional iPad and Mac apps are coming with the full release.
How long does a game take?
You decide. Rounds can run on a timer (one per day works great for groups) or advance whenever everyone's ready. A full game is typically 8+ rounds. The person that sets up the game can select the preferred number of rounds and when they advance.
How many players?
Each company can be one person or a whole team sharing decisions. A market plays best with 4+ competing companies.
Does it cost anything?
It's free during the alpha.
